Merrill Anderson is a leadership coach and organization change architect with over twenty-five years of experience drawn from both Fortune 500 leadership positions and consulting. He is currently the CEO of Momenta, a professional services firm that offers leadership coaching, leadership team coaching and award-winning MetrixGlobal® organization research and program / ROI evaluations.

Merrill held senior executive positions with Fortune 500 companies including chief learning executive and vice president of organization development. He has consulted with over one hundred companies across all major industries to effectively manage strategic organization change.

As a leadership coach, Merrill enables leaders to gain insights into their situations and turns these insights into meaningful actions that fully realize potential. He works with leaders at all levels of organizations helping them to expand their leadership capabilities and achieve their personal and professional goals. Merrill completed his coach training through New Ventures West and is a certified Integral Coach®, a member and Associate Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation and served on the Board of his local chapter.

Merrill is a thought leader in the field with over 120 professional publications and speeches to his credit and has been recognized with numerous awards for his work with clients by AQPC, IQPC, Training magazine, the Corporate University Xchange, ATD and other professional industry groups. Merrill has served as adjunct professor for graduate learning and organization development programs at Drake, Pepperdine and Benedictine universities.
